Ogunquitfest Weekend – OCTOBER 25 – 27, 2024

Get ready to fall in love with Ogunquit, Maine, as the town gears up for its annual extravaganza, the 21st annual OgunquitFest Weekend. This picturesque town is renowned for its stunning fall foliage, and there’s no better time to witness nature’s grand spectacle than during this special celebration.

This jam-packed weekend is bursting with delightful events and activities that will leave you with unforgettable memories.

Get Revved Up at the Classic Car Show: Come join us alongside the ocean in the Main Beach parking lot for the 15th annual Ogunquit Classic Car Show on Saturday, October 26, 2024! Prepare to be transported back in time as you admire these stunning automobiles, lovingly preserved by their owners. The event generally showcases more than 100 cars from across a plethora of decades. Registration for vehicle owners is from 8-10am, and the cost is $20. The show is open to the general public from 10am-1pm, and is free! Vote for your favorite car, with the top ten winners honored at 12:45pm. Enjoy live music and the great camaraderie of your fellow car enthusiasts! The show is weather dependent and updates will be posted on the Ogunquit Chamber’s Facebook page HERE.

Join us in the heart of beautiful Ogunquit for our OgunquitFest Artisan Craft Fair this October 26-27, 2024! The event generally showcases 60+ vendors most local to New England. Craft fairs typically include a wide variety of jewelry, handmade candles, local treats, custom soaps, foods, and much much more! The fair is open to the general public from 9am-5pm on Saturday and 10am-2pm, Sunday, and is free! Craft fair booths will be located in 2 locations in Ogunquit; Outdoor location being in Dorothea Jacobs Grant Common (47 Cottage Street, Ogunquit) and our indoor location at the Dunaway Center (23 School Street, Ogunquit). Find your favorite local vendors or that perfect gift for someone close to you. The show is weather dependent and updates will be posted on the Ogunquit Chamber’s Facebook page HERE.

A Festival Fit for the Entire Family: OgunquitFest is a family-friendly affair, and we’ve got plenty of activities planned to keep the little ones entertained. From engaging children’s activities to Halloween-themed events, the town will be abuzz with laughter and excitement. And for the four-legged family members, don’t miss the Dogtoberfest costume parade where furry friends show off their adorable ensembles.

High Heel Dash and Walk-Off: Watch the hijinks as brave souls race around Perkins Cove in high heels! Better yet, join in the race! Heels must be at least 2″ high. Prizes awarded for Best Time, Highest Heel and Most Outrageous Costume! Proceeds from registration will go to the Frannie Peabody Center peabodycenter.org. Registration begins at 2:30pm.

Fall Decorations Galore: As you stroll through the charming streets of Ogunquit, you’ll notice an enchanting transformation. Local businesses get into the spirit of the season by adorning their establishments with festive fall decorations. THE FULL + OFFICIAL OGUNQUITFEST 2024 SCHEDULE IS STILL FORTHCOMING: Our 21st annual OgunquitFest has a huge following, with guests returning every year. Signature events include a classic car show on Saturday, huge artisan craft fair all weekend, children’s trick or treating on Friday night and Saturday morning, Halloween-themed events, and the Dogtoberfest costume parade. The weekend culminates at Sunday’s High Heel Dash in Perkins Cove, a benefit for the Frannie Peabody Center.
