Mid-Season Art Exhibitions at Barn Gallery in Ogunquit Maine – 2024

As summer unfurls on the Maine coast, the Ogunquit Art Association (OAA) continues their 2024 season with the Mid-Season Art Exhibitions at Barn Gallery in Ogunquit, Maine, running from Wednesday, June 26th through Saturday, July 27th.

RECEPTION: Join the Gala Reception for Mid-Season Art Exhibitions on Saturday, June 29th, from 4:00 to 7:30 PM. Meet the exhibiting artists, enjoy refreshments, and celebrate the vibrant Ogunquit, Maine art scene. Admission is free!

The Mid-Season Exhibitions at Barn Gallery include a diverse range of artistic expressions:

• OAA Expressions: Immerse yourself in a diverse and colorful showcase by OAA artists, featuring a captivating array of styles and mediums.
• Regional Artists: An Open, Juried Show: Discover exceptional works by both OAA members and talented regional artists. Jurors Bob Keyes (arts journalist and storyteller, editorial director at Colby College in Waterville, ME & Chair of the Maine Arts Commission) and Andres Verzosa (Executive Director & Curator, Stanley-Whitman House, Farmington CT. Board Member Abbe Museum, Colby College), selected the most compelling pieces for this exhibition.
• Collectors Gallery: Find the perfect piece to add to your collection with this special gallery featuring ready-to-hang artwork, all under 16×20 inches and priced at $850 or less.
• Outdoor Sculpture Court: Immerse yourself in the beauty of New England with an exhibition by invited regional sculptors.

Note: Workshops are $60 with additional materials fees for some. Demonstrations are free and open to the public.
